For starters I would not focus on French influence gen 6 starter theme is RPG classes so I'd look at what would work when redesigned with RPG class theme

Legends Arceus didn’t take the theme of mythology from Gen 4 so we could assume Legends Z-A won’t take the theme of rpg classes from Gen 6

Everyone has been saying Piplup and Snivy. But when I see creators making what ifs with other starters, and how they could be French-ified, it's great seeing the creativity. I hadn't thought of the Tour de France for Cinderace inspiration before.

It’s worth noting that a famous tale in French history is that Napoleon(the person Empoleon is based on) was once attacked by 3000 rabbits which is why I think Scorbunny over Torchic. Empoleon being a starter and Cinderace having a secondary typing that’s super effective against Empoleon makes a lot more sense

The city in a lake you can see from the victory road has the layout of Anistar city. The differences are the absence of the sundial and the lake seeming much smaller. I guess that means the sundial is some kind of illusion which you can't see from afar, also responsible for making the lake look endless despite Anistar being clearly inland. Maybe that power is also how the Anistar gym works, and how its able to reveal the megagems.

Since it’ll be set in lumiose city I just hope they keep the little things in it from XY like the Furfrou salon and the jobs you can work at the hotel. Also hope we get some neat time period clothing to customize our characters with. Outside of Lumiose (if we get to leave) it would be nice to explore the Anistar sundial further than they did in the original game cause it just looked way too important for s simple conversation with the professor. There were honestly a lot of cool towns in XY so it’ll be sad knowing we most likely won’t see them but I just hope they keep the interesting look of it all

Something I wanted to say about the trailer is that the "Futuristic" part was just a 3D blueprint of the LCDP, or Luminios City Development Plan. Don't make this comment convince you otherwise, though, Karim. Follow your gut on what you want to think.

What if Legends AZ was the sequel to Legends Arceus, being that the protagonist in Arceus grew old and died and many generations came by and we get to play as AZ being his son and explore with him throughout the game, furthermore this could open with different endings like him gaining immortality while his Floette died in exchange orrr the two had found peace with each other all the while until the war still happens and both of them met their demise, therefore altering the ending of XY (this got to be the most far fetched thing I spread here but I dunno)

A city can be huge though! And with the basis of the game being urban redevelopment that could mean different localized biomes, or areas which are natural at first before we redevelop them. I feel like the trailer was really trying to get across how big the city is. Don’t get me wrong, I love a lot of places in Kalos and wish we could revisit them. But I’m hoping this will be something fresh and interesting like PLA.
