I am 54 definitely looking forward to retirement, with my Spyder F3, plan to hit open road, even though next year, I plan on taking my first road trip on my Spyder. Love the videos, they help me as a new rider, only had for 3 months, 1000 miles.

You know what, I've never been to, or needed, a chiropractor. But, with all the nodding of my head up and down while agreeing with your thoughts in this video... yep, absolutely, heck yah, well my neck is taking a beating, Sir 🤪😂 It's always a pleasure, and very enlightening, listening to you. And you are definitely a "First Things, First" man 😁👍👍

Hope precious Allie is doing better now. Yes, family first. That's for sure! A pants cutting party! Now that's funny lol! I may not be doing my paid job that I did for 30 years but many times I feel like in my life it has carried over into what I do and who I am. 🙏💜

I'm 77 soon to turn 78. I retired from 45 years of Federal Service (Military (20) and Civilian (25)) both Army. This next year I will have been fully retired 10 years. My last day of work was 30 Sep 2015. I can say that I have not missed my former work or my TS SCI/TK/G clearance since that day. I decided to return to my N scale model railroading and have been working on my layout since them starting small and growing it. In May 2011, I bought my 2011 Spyder RTS and entered the world of motorcycle touring continuing on today. I also became an active grandfather to my now 7 grandchildren from doing daycare with my wife to acting as a taxi for them. What a joy to watch them grow and learn from a baby to young children and young adults. All good. It also has allowed me to become more active in my church. It also allows us to travel.

Thanks again, Bob, for another great video. I retired May 14,2012, at the young age of 52 with 30 years and I am enjoying my life now with my wife, who is disabled and that is why I want to get a can am spyder, and that is why I sold my harley and you are 100% right about being around buttheads and I rather be with my wife.

I’m 66 and have been in a sworn law enforcement position since the age of 21. However, I’m no longer holding a sworn position. I have been a polygraph examiner for the last 10 years due to service connected injury as a fugitive detective. Anyway, my plan was to “retire-retire” this December. However, my oldest child was diagnosed with Epilepsy after having 2 seizures. So retirement has been postponed until we can get her independent and driving again. I am grateful that I am able to do that for her.🥰👍🌻 Many prayers are being sent to you and yours. Stay safe! 👮🏻♀️🚔👍🏍️

When I retired six years ago, I had thirty years of service, I had seniority over all other officers and staff in a Department of over fifty. It was my identity and purpose. I never looked back, or went back to visit. I do keep in touch with my riding buddies though.

I'm looking forward to my eventual retirement, but a lot of things you said here resonated with me. The negative people have to go, and you can't depend on tomorrow. Thanks again for your solid advice. I'm going to bury my father this Wednesday, and a lot of what you were talking about had been on my mind since his passing.

Thanks for the wisdom Coach. The first question i always get asked when i say I'm retired is "so, what are you up to?" And it just makes me mad as heck! Why do i have to be up to something? I'm retired!! My reply usually is "retirement suits me just fine". No further explanation or justification required. Cheers Coach!

Sound advice Bob 3, my plan is to get a Can Am when I can. I am still working but semi retired but my goal is to try and save enough money to buy the Can Am of my dreams and retire gracefully. I aim to spend time going on ride outs and when not riding, do a bit more exercise to help me stay alive and enjoy life to the full as long as I can.

Yep I certainly agree with all that you’re saying 100%! Just getting some things in order before hanging up the work boots! Have lots of stuff I can do after that to keep me occupied, including riding our Spyder, touring the rest of the country, grandkids etc etc! Thanks again for your words of wisdom which are basically common sense. Our thoughts are with you for your daughter, in this time of crisis! Ride safe , regards Stephen Alberta Canada.

Thanks again for sharing your thoughts. I always enjoy watching your videos. As I was watching this video, I was saying to myself, "Yep,yep, nailed it." I joked that after I retired that the office would close down. 1,079 days later, and I am pretty sure that my name hasn't been said in a long time 😂. All the time I spent working long hours and not spending that time with my family and friends. I sure wished that I could have learned that lesson sooner. I keep you and your family in my prayers. God bless.

Hey Coach, great video I retired in 2020 at 57 yrs old after 40 yrs of service to Unilever NAIC. Bought a 17 RTL a month later and never looked back. I have meet many new friends on Spyders since then. Some local some hrs away. We get together a few times a year to Ryde together. Really enjoying my retirement yrs. Hope to meet you and Coach Vic on the road sometime 😀 Prayers for your daughter and your family Ryde safe and God Bless

Another great vid. Thank you CB3. As a retiree,! I make it a practice minimizing "negativity" in my life. Too many professional victims and no personal responsibility out there. The friends that I ride with and hang with are positive people and they all believe in God and family. Life is too short (esp. for a retiree), no use in looking back and rotting, but look forward and use the time wisely and for good. Love the people around you. May God Bless Babba and you. Carpe Diem- there's no promises for tomorrow.

Hi there Coach Bob I have a question about your Spyder and 3 wheel bikes in general. Here on the central coast of California we have a lot of canyon and mountain roads and there are times especially in the winter when there is debris on these roads mostly rocks and boulders. A car can straddle the rocks and a motorcycle can weave through them but a 3 wheeler is going to run over them and I think ruin a spoiler and probably worse things will happen. Of course even on the main highways we call freeways there can be road debris like boards, ladders and just about anything you can imagine. Is that ever an issue for you? This is the main reason I won't buy a Spyder and I really don't see many around on the roads either. I appreciate your channel. Keep doing what your doing. I too have prayed for healing for your daughter and blessings for your family.
