I've been suffering from esophageal spasms for about 10 years. I knew some foods would immediately cause a reaction (beans, red wine), but it also seemed to happen randomly without reason. I've also always gotten random rashes for seemingly no reason. I have a prescription cream I use that gets rid of them pretty easily. And when I did elimination diets like keto or whole 30 my spasms went away and my rashes went away. I assumed cutting out crappy food must be doing the trick. BUT eating salads or other healthy foods still gave me horrible stomach issues. But once I discovered this diet I realized all the high Nickel foods, were foods that gave me painful chest spasms. I've always had a Nickel allergy (I was allergic to the snaps on my onesie as a baby). I'm just diving into this journey. Videos like this are a big help! I'm exploring your website and hoping to find more info about Nickel allergies and esophageal spasms!

How do you know if your cookware and utensils are stainless steel/nickel? What is safe to use?

How did you know you were allergic to your wedding rings? I have only ever had a rash on my face or upper neck, never anywhere where jewelry has been worn.

Hi! Olive oil is well tolerated, coconut oil is variable. I would avoid coconut oil until your symptoms resolve. 🙏

It depends on the cellphone. I use a plastic cover to protect my skin and headphones while I talk on the phone.

Did you try andrea moritos detox for liver and bladder

No. Detox protocol usually just add to our overall nickel load. The supplements and foods that go along with these protocols tend to be rich in nickel.

@@nickelallergycoach thank you for your reply, but such detox do not include supplements, it include epsom salt, apple cider vinegar, olive oil and food protocole, by the way I am using now DMSO for heavy metal detox. I would appreciate your opinion

@@sarahmousa1617 most people don’t have a metal toxicity. An allergy is different from having a toxicity. I don’t recommend doing a detox or trying to ‘cure’ yourself. This is a life long allergy and all we can do is learn how to manage it. It took me a while to accept this allergy and learn to stay away from the healthy diets I thought would heal me. All the detoxes I did only made my allergy worse.
