That is some awesome advice. Completely agree with what you have said. I'm not a software developer but I have been more of a technical specialist for the last twenty years and the people who do the best are the ones that learn the core concepts and apply these across multiple technologies. This goes for most technical areas, not just software development. Learning by doing is the best way of learning as this helps you to problem solve, one of the most important skills you can have in this business. Love your channel, you have some nice content and love working through your videos on setting up NVIM.

Hey man taking a virtual full stack web development bootcamp paid by amazon, and learning even with some former programming knowledge can be stressful. These tips help me ease more into feeling less alone and knowing that whether you learn programming from a university or bootcamp or even self taught we all go through the pain and struggle of being burnout or even scare. Keep the videos coming Bro!!

Hey! I’m really glad you enjoyed the video and found it helpful. Learning software development can be a challenging process, but we all go through it and it can be very rewarding in the end! Really appreciate the support and good luck on the web dev bootcamp!

Great video! What languages to learn do you advise a newbie with no technical background. I'm more passionate about coding and building apps. KZbin is full of tutorials but struggling from where to start🤔
@joseanmartinez

Figuring out where to start can be really confusing when you’re first starting out, especially with all the info out there! I would say that the programming language you choose doesn’t matter as much as the concepts you’ll learn, which will repeat themselves across many different languages. If you like building things and seeing the direct result of what you are creating visually, javascript can be a good language to start with and you can start building things on the browser pretty quickly. It’s a good language for beginners and has lots of use cases beyond what you learn initially. I would start with vanilla javascript, html and css and you could move on to a frontend framework like react after you’ve mastered the basics, backend development, or learn another language that is beginner friendly like python. Hope that helps! Appreciate the support

Good for you! What is your keyboard's model?
@joseanmartinez
@joseanmartinez Жыл бұрын
Hey thanks! The keyboard model is called an iris rev4 and it’s custom built. The parts are mostly from keeb.io. There are newer versions now. I have a video talking about the process and my experience in case you’re interested!
