You convinced me! I ordered one from your shop yesterday. It will be my first split and mechanical keyboard 😊 (I'm currently on a MS Sculpt) Can't wait to try it! And thanks for all your great work.

Hey Josean, Nice guide! I already use Yazi but always watch your videos with the expectation of learning something new, and this one is no different. Regarding the tmux C-a prefix conflicting with Yazi, you can use this configuration: bind-key C-a send-prefix In tmux, this allows you to press C-a twice, and the second press will send the key to the terminal. Very handy-I use it all the time!

For zoxide you can pass --cmd cd or something (on mobile, please check docs) like that so you don't have to add the alias manually and also get cdi which maps to zi

I don't know how much time it took you to make this video, but I didn't expect it to be so dense. This is good content, and you are saving me so much time. I am working on it for a couple of days now, really trying to understand everything that is happening. This is really, really helpful. Thank you very much!

Hello! Thanks for the video. I have almost the same setup as you provided to us in your videos. Unfortunately I can't manage the problem with selecting multiline text inside the template string (`example string`). While the single line of template string works properly, that multiline doesn't work :(. I created many versions of textobjects.scm and nothing worked :/. Do you have any idea how to solve this problem? I didn't find any working solution in the web :/.

I was a long-term ranger user, then moved to lf about a year or so ago, but just recently discovered yazi, and wish I would have tried it sooner. The defaults are far more sensible than the others (as a vim/nvim user), most of its additional features can be had by simply having the common optional dependencies installed instead of elaborate scripts just to get a thumbnails working or yank/paste to behave how I want it to.

I regret not getting the keycaps with the letters when I bought your kit. However, since I live in Canada, then shipping would get a bit harsh (also I just checked and they're sold out!) I bought some different key cap sets, but all of them do not get super nice, because keys are not the same size! Some are angled, some are taller... What should I buy to get an even key set? (FYI, I'm using Halmak and not QUERTY) Thanks!!!

Really nice video, thank you a lot! I have mapped all with option and works flawlessly. Now I have to find a way to close only the selected instance with something like command + q when you have multiple chrome opened. I also use a corne kbd (Corneish-zen v3) but I do not have that mappings with tap and hold, maybe there is a way to simulate the same with an application (still new at mac). I'm been trying aerospace for the last 2 months, I really like it but is annoying when you have some extensions or pop ups, there is no way to catch that type of windows to make it float. I will try this from now on, thanks again for your videos, I really love all you neovim and tiling windows videos!

When you are stickler for transparent terminals, aerospace works better, because it hides the windows. Simply using the Raycast like window management will show other apps in the background , which might not be everyone's liking.
