When you think about it diamond ladders seem extremely expensive after a while. Considering that you only really need to go fast if it’s really long. So that’s a lot of diamonds if theoretically you had to make diamond sticks im assuming you would have to use diamond blocks. So maybe redstone ladders. They could work like red stone rails.

When you start a survival world what’s the first thing need would yeah but you still need food so your food Bar goes down very quickly

you could get the bedrock armour by trading with a rare trader that lives in a 'villager temple'.
