We have snakes in Boulder too…….bull snakes, garter snakes and rattle snakes on some trails.

Question? is the Northern Colorado area Affordable??? We live in Castle Rock, Meadows-Harris Grove My Husband is looking to retire in December. He wants to Down size and We actually do most Our Adventuring up that way, Estes is Right there and Grand lake. SO.....Fort Collins, ??? Real Estate taxes are very low in Denver. For instance I pay less for a $900,000 home than Florida pays for a $400,000 home. Our biggest weather issue is hail.
