Love your clarity. Can’t wait to count as my narcissistic brother does all five of your don’ts!

How do you know he is narcissist? because my ex fiancée was mad that I don’t want to be with her anymore and she called me a narcissist. If I show you how she complimented me for being loyal, spoiled her and fucked her good you wouldn’t believe she could be that kind of person. Again I don’t want to control your way of looking at things but give you another side of the “narcissist” story

Why isn't sobbing for no reason contempt? I blocked her mother's phone number because her mother called our common house phone every day for 22 years at random times, and the phone rang out loud for business purposes, instead of using cellphones. In court, my wife sobbed saying "no one has a right to block my mom's number!" The female judge practically lept to my wife's side and said, "don't worry, we'll get that bad man away from you!" And granted a 1 year order of protection against me. Literally, true.

Obviously, you are absolutely right. I have seen difficult cases being won or lost just because of the attitude displayed by the person in front of the jugde. You don't catch flies with vinegar. This doesn't mean you will win a case based on your nice behavior, but you will surely lose a case if you misbehave.

Please help me to make sense of following: 1 The defendant showing up to court without zero proof or documentation to back up the wild exaggerations. 2. The defendant being allowed minutes prior to the hearing to announce they have to leave to go pick up their child and when the hearing begins, they aren't present and extended "some more time" by the judge to show back up. 3. The defendant being allowed to constantly laugh out loud while the plaintiff is speaking 4. The defendant being allowed to shout out loud a derogatory statement such as "anything to get rid of her." 5. Raising their right hand, promising to tell the truth and not commit perjury, but then being allowed to do these very two things, continue to insist they're right and were told something they weren't by those who provided proof/evidence to the contrary, then again being allowed to accuse these witnesses of committing perjury. 6. Prior to hearing providing the court with evidence and documentation, but yet during hearing the plaintiff has to bring this fact up, because the judge didn't even bother looking at any of it. 7. Being asked a question by the judge and while in the middle of answering what was asked and attempting to explain with documentation why they are in fear of the defendant, suddenly being interrupted, shouted at by the judge and accused of interrupting him while speaking? 8. The judge ruling in favor of the plaintiff, however failing to inform the defendant during hearing the time period in which they have been court ordered to pay full restitution to the plaintiff.

It's unfortunate that courts/judges don't believe people are human. Judges often attack parties without great disrespect. They make the judgment, but respect the human first!

Hey I have a question my referee didn't allow me to speak. She let the respondent speak for 20 seconds then she appointed the mom and the dad and the kids a lawyer and I the person who raised them for 3 years she said you get your own lawyer...She said you are the just the cousin/petitioner...does she have that jurisdiction to appoint lawyers without hearing all the testimony

I recommend if you are a middle aged man about to be slapped with a restraining order and psych eval order, do not cry out "I screaming to the sky in every place in every post why she break up with me in a text message".

You don't want to stand out, try to blend in. No distracting flashy colors,so no reds, no yellows, no greens. Blue or a darker shade of gray will do fine. Do not wear any jewelry exept a wedding band. No piercings in the face. Do not wear a suit made of expensive fabrics, like 'glossy' silk. You don't want to look like you jumped out of a mobster movie.

a friend died recently and the company showed me his videos constantly since no one had the rights to them anymore. they are trying to force me into spending hundreds to thousands on ads for my channel while playing ads and blocking me from most regions. I also caught them hiding other channels playing my favorite creators content illegally.
