Dear Dr. Shafiq Cheema, I wanted to ask your professional opinion about two drinks for a chronic kidney disease (CKD) or dialysis patient: 1) تخم ملنگا (Basil Seeds) with water 2) سَتُّو (Barley and Chana Powder) with water, with or without شکر (Shakar). What is your assessment of these two drinks - are they good, bad, or neutral for a CKD or dialysis patient's health and dietary needs? I would greatly appreciate your expert advice on this matter.
