@natashamudford40116 жыл бұрын
Yeah, I wish I had not told my mom and her husband that I was depressed. They insisted on paying for a consultation with a psychologist, who had me fill out a true/false computer personality test, and computed that I had Major Depressive Disorder, and Dysthymia. I don't buy it. The questions of the test were interesting, but my answers were rarely 100% true or false. Each question was worth discussing in depth, as my answers were closer to 60-40 than 100-0. At any rate, I did not tell the folks what her diagnosis was... I just told them it was a waste of money. The background in this video, all the beautiful greenery and the brook, reminds me of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, which is the ONLY free National Park in the US. It is beautiful, full of trails, brooks, trees, fern, moss, waterfalls, and only occasional bears. Hiking there always raises my vibration, even though I did not know that was the terminology for what was happening.

On the whole I agree that TV is not conducive to reawakening your true self realised awareness though as with most things it has the potential for learning and if you only watch the 'rare' program that reminds you of that which is enlightening it can be helpful for your journey, like a knife can be used to cut vegetables and make sandwiches or can be used to cause suffering and transmigration to other life forms. Watching a movie that focuses the mind on higher awareness morality compassion wisdom kindness and enlightened spiritual subjects and even occasionally the things that we may learn from that are impediments to reawakening may be of benefit for some at certain stages on our journey. Although if it's an attachment then it may become the chains that bind. All spirit souls are at different places upon their own path. It's dawn here and there's melodies in the garden. Thx for this video it's changed me for the better even more.

This video was well worth the time. The info on it is exactly what I needed to hear, to remind me of a combination of things that I already knew. Somehow, I was unaware that my circumstances in life had changed so much, that a lot of the changes that I undertook in order to bring my consciousness to a higher vibration, were gradually reversed due to that change in my circumstances. The biggest thing though, was that I was not paying attention to maintaining the changes that I originally made. I stopped watching TV , I became a vegetarian, I exercised consistently, I was very particular about what I listened to and I read / watched a lot, (a whole lot) of Personal Development material. Now, all of that has changed; and so gradually that I didn't even acknowledge it until now..... I have a Mentor of mine who once told me "Whenever you make a decision to do something differently than what you normally did, you must continue to make that decision every day, for as long as it takes to become a new norm in your life." (And we're not talking just 21 days here.) Food for thought! Thanks Aaron (y) :-)

I've been finding lately two things when it comes to "entertainment": 1) On the occasion I do watch/listen to a show or music, even ones I enjoy, I Notice too much, and I question if I should ever consume this again. Or 2) I learn something repulsive that cannot be disputed about an entertainer or the maker, or the goings on of the industry. "I want nothing to do with that." I say to myself, and completely turn my back on it. ...That being said, I must confess having inner conflict in regards to Glee. Corey Monteith is just so lovable as Finn, and he seemed a genuinely wonderful, humble, awkward person with a good heart. To reject Glee, it would be like throwing away his legacy... though I suspect the show killed him... But irl dude who played Puck played a role in many rapes, both in person and by consuming child pornography. I want nothing to do with that. *sigh* For now, the series sits in a box because I'm moving at the end of the month.

Wise beyong your years Aaron. These eternal nuggets must be shouted out in every generation. Your take on forgiveness is classic. I once suggested that to a therapist. But her response made me realize that if she preached forgiveness she'd have no patients. lol. And I concure with your take on labels. I have a nephew who is strangling himself with labels and I can't get through to him that he does not have to be all those things. Then its all compounded when one starts taking meds for these things. But I guess a person can only operate where they are. If only I could share you with him. Perhaps he will listen to someone else. And you nailed it about the wrong kinds of friends. That's part of his problem too. But the one thing I can do is pray. Thank you for your fresh zeal. God bless you.

haha no... Enlightenment is at 1000 - It is also said that Appreciation is one step above Gratitude - it has a different vibration to it. Gratitude is a bit less empowering than appreciation. Very subtly, it’s implying that you are lowly and so grateful for the good that has come to you. It implies that you are undeserving in some way and that you are almost indebted to something or someone for all the good in your life.

Thank you for bringing such enlightenment in my life! I’ve started watching or rewatching your videos on a daily basis and taking your advice to help turn my life’s purpose on a positive spiritual journey. You help me more than you can imagine , thank you so very much! In this video right off the bat it’s like u were talking to me, I had someone steal from me at work, and I was playing the victim, you turned that around for me, I need to understand her action to forgive. That feels so much better than me being a victim! ♥️

Aaron Doughty HotPink 84 I totally underage this feeling!! I feel so excited about the changes taking place as a result of a recent upheaval leading to awareness of so many things.. I began to 'stumble' upon things like Aaron's videos and had quite a few synchronisities.. i have these moments - small ones where I'm like wow - this is scary. And then I realise just how embedded, comfortable and normal the 'other' state of being was - which was not serving me at all. So glad. MAJOR THANK YOU AARON. I have fallen asleep listening to your stuff and it brings a tonne of understanding !! I am on a journey I have never experienced or even imagined before and it feels amazing. 🙏🙏🙏❤️

I've had that similar experience. I kept rejecting my "thoughts." I viewed them as foreign programming. Having a silent mind is pretty scary at first. I thought I was dead or was going to die soon. With my mind clear and silent I feel at peace. Sometimes racing thoughts come but generally my thoughts are controlled. Thank you for this! It made me feel better that someone else spoke about the phenomenon. I don't feel crazy anymore. When I told my Mom, I could see in her eyes that she didnt believe anything I said.

In my anatomy class we learned with exercise, especially cardiovascular exercise overtime your heart will actually create more blood vessels to accommodate the intentional stress put on the heart during exercise. Therefore it pumps more blood with each pump and sends more oxygen through your body.

In order for us to do this, we must be STRONG. With raising your vibration, comes courage and confidence. It’s not simple to do all of these things without doing them. Watching things that trigger you or listening to music you LIKE but are AWARE can trigger you is a tool to strengthen the mind to view it as a source of pleasure NOT something to be avoided. We can’t just simply AVOID things, especially negative people, in the world if we wish to peruse our careers, goals, etc. also, “toxic” foods can definitely effect your mood. However, I LOVE pizza and Dr Pepper and get enjoyment out of eating/drinking them. I also smoke cigarettes, not much, but whenever I feel I want one because I have thankfully come to the STRENGTH to be AWARE of their toxicity and what moderation is. It’s not stupid to continue to do things that being you pleasure even if they were originally a trigger or something to be seen as “negative”. That is an oxymoron. We are lucky to live however we want. Life is what YOU make it. The STRENGTH and COURAGE to make changes and/or achieve your goals will always lift your vibration. No matter the surrounding circumstances. The mind is powerful and you don’t need to be intimidated by “things you absolutely MUST do” in order to raise your vibration. Referring to these things as something so affirmative is actually somewhat negative as well. It can be viewed as helpful advice, or daunting changes that MUST be made in order to live a high vibrational life. Crystal elixir water is enough to begin raising your bodily vibration. I love crystals. I’m not saying anything against this video. But come on you guys, LOVE, STRENGTH, AND COURAGE are what you really should be aiming for. Without that, you wouldn’t be able to raise your vibration at all. Not that I’m one to state it as fact. It’s about growth. Change. And fun. Stay blessed everyone!

take it to the next level and try keto vegan with intermittent fasting, water fasting and dry fasting. completely changed my already optimistically and spiritually changed life. I think the most noticeable thing I've gained from it is my memory. I had a lot of issues memorizing things, studied subjects for hours on end, even things I was passionate about and certain things just wouldn't stick. throw in mindfulness meditation and that will help teach your brain as this video expresses how to compartmentalize whats needed and whats not. peace

Sure, but it is hard to do. Some people can not even forgive.
@Jason-cz3bv Жыл бұрын
@@davida72Totally agree. It’s normally much easier to bless people for the average person than it is to actually have what it takes to calm down and finally forgive someone. Not to mention, forgiveness involves forgetting as well. Most of the people I know have a very hard time forgiving others, much less forgetting the offense altogether (water under the bridge so to speak).

Someone gave me the gift of love, peace, & enlightenment. Now I just have to learn to keep that & not let anyone affect me with their negativity.....have better boundaries with toxic people, & eventually get away from those people. Not everyone has the choice to immediately get away from toxic people. There's always a choice, but I choose not to be homeless until I can get away from them.
