Turbo will probably come with Wilderness later this year/next.

You can use the Fob to auto start, but you must have the auto start module installed from the available accessories (~$399). Afterwards you can use either the key fob or remote start clicker.

Do you know if they are going to have a 2025 Forester Wilderness coming? If not, how does the 2025 Forester Sport compare to the 2024 Subaru Crosstrek Wilderness?

As far as MPG and HP.. I think the car is pretty solid for what it is, compared to a Honda CR-V non-hybrid and a Toyota RAV4 non-hybrid... the specs are almost the same. I think overall Subaru, Honda, Toyota basically are not going to push much out of their non-hybrid cars, saving HP, Gae Mileage etc for their Hybrid models (pushing you to them). I think it would be nice to have a turbo here, but I think Subaru is just going to let the hybrid version be the XT (using the electric motor instead of a turbo) instead.

Yeah time will tell. Subaru has hinted at a hybrid and a turbo model. But we will see what they do haha

Is this new Forester built in Japan or here in the US?

They are currently made in Japan. That could change next year with the Hybrid model.

As for the Hybrid, it will probably be a flop. Australia has the e-boxer already and we're probably getting the same. :( In short, the hybrid electric motors probably came out of an e-bike. The fuel tank also loses 2 gallons so the car will have less range.

Hybrid .. I wish they would get rid of the sun/moon roof and put a solar panel in its place, for a 2 or 3 miles bump to the range.. I have had foresters for over 20plus years. I have opened the roof less than a dozen times.. complete waste of money if you don’t live in the sun belt.

There's like a gun metal grey available as well - but personally I'm not a fan of bronze but some people seem to like it
