I had an HR phone screen on Friday, and I'm not expecting to advance to the next step in the process 😅 There are a number of reasons for that, but the one relevant to this video is fact after she gave a quick introduction to the company and the position, she asked me if I had any questions, right there at the beginning of the interview. So, I asked my questions I had prepared. Then we moved on to the meat of the interview, and then at the end she asked me if I had any questions. But I had already asked the three that I picked out in advance. In a parallel universe, where that was the only issue with my performance in the interview, would that have hurt my chances? Should I just memorize your entire list of potential questions to ask, to be prepared for multiple rounds of "do you have any questions?"
