5 things we HATE about our van build

I like the van as is, but maybe you could find hidden hinges that would help align the cabinet doors.

We have some extra hidden hinges, I forget why we choose the overlay ones. I think there isn't much wood on the inside for the hinges to be drilled into. It's been so long since we installed them

@@deniseandreed I imagined the facia board would be too thin for beefier hinges. This can be corrected by affixing 1" X 2"s to the inside of the cabinet with small screws and Gorilla glue. This could provide enough wood to use whatever hinges you need. Or, I'm going off the deep end here, add more of the colorful tiles to the cabinet doors and no one will notice the alignment. Naturally, this additional beauty comes with the unintended consequence of being too darned heavy to stay open while you fish around for something to prop the door open. Then there's the option of spending your time on a more enjoyable project.

I think we'll buy some more grout and get to tile'n. The gas struts are overly strong anyways, might as well try to max them out!

Gurl pull a draw out and put a cutting board on it. Lower the bed a bit, mini cubby like they use in bathrooms or make 1 (skinny but useful) ex sock etc. Take shelves off, pudiendo, measure and reinstall... Young people and young brains. Use your imagination(s)...
