Good video! Under Ferdinand and Ainsworth it really felt like the club was rudderless, but now under Nourry & Marti things are done in a completely different way. The players we've brought in, and the system & football we're playing is miles better, and it feels like if this isn't going to be our season we're on a much more positive trajectory that at some point it will be

Very impressed with him so far.. and TBH it's well overdude. What really worries me is how long this too to implement when "data driven' clubs have been succeeding around us for the last decade. The rumours of corruption and blatant mis-management (esp at the higher escelons) within the club as far back as earlt TF era ware stomach bhurning, and even if only half were true or half-true, made you feel truly reluctant to be hopeful abpout the future of the club. Mr Reilly is the dark horse, he is purely a real estate guru, nothing more, which means at some point we'll see some form of development at LR, but One wonders if that will bw current site or a sell and move on plan..

I've been saying it for many years. For any organization to be successful you need a viable and detailed plan with a team that is capable of executing the plan. For the longest time all we did was put a pathetic garden hose on the latest perceived fire that popped up. Our list of managers over the last 10 years proves the point. You don't rinse the coach over a few poor results no matter what the fans yell. The only reason to fire a coach is when it becomes clear that they are not able or willing to implement the plan that is in place. After far too long it appears that we are on the right path...long may it continue.

Thanks, Hoopsa. We have a brilliant and talented CEO. With Christian as CEO, we will return to the Premiership within 3 years. He's right the business is under construction and this will take time. I would still like to see new owners take over the club. Sooner or later this will happen. But they must keep Nourry. Unlike most QPR fans I'm not worried if we lose Marti. The CEO and his team will have an eye on the emerging coaching talent globally. Marti would most likely be replaced by another good foreign coach who plays the same type of football. It's good to see the club i have supported for so long being run properly. Long may this continue.

Don't forget it was the owners who put Nourry in charge, if new owners came in they might have a completely different way of doing things and I'd like to see the current owners stay in place for the entirety of this project, once it's in full flow they might have a much better asset to sell.

I'm happy that we are taking a step towards more professionalism, and worried that this might annoy fans that don't understand what we are signing up for. It is a tough thing to be a selling club and getting rid of our talent. But even though it will take a lof of the soul out of the club it is a good asessment. I never wanted to get rid of Eze, but if one eze meant 5 excellent players and a rising star then it feels excellent! This also mean we got to play youngsters and lose matches until they find their form. Fans don't like that. But if we had nourry all along maybe we could have sold willock in 2022 while he was still the rising star we got for Eze money instead of giving him for free to cardiff.

Looks like Loftus Road will be sold to a developer and the club will be moved a long way away. We have resisted this over the years but money shouts louder now. 😟

I can't say I buy into this business strategy. I guess we will therefore be selling our future "star" players to the likes of clubs like Brentford for a few million quid, thereby creating a "drift" of supporters from QPR to "better" London clubs who have a "build on success" philosophy .Its amazing how the future of these 2 clubs have evolved over the years. In the 1960s QPR put in an offer to buy out Brentford FC..!!!

I struggle with the concept of us “having” to move to a new stadium. I honestly believe all stands could be improved increase capacity, perhaps by only 3-4k at best, but enough to house the fanbase. Standing all the way up the paddocks would work better for me than scattered around the ground. I know massive investment for only a few thousand more doesn’t seem viable but the compact ground is something I’ve always loved. Do we really want to be Reading? Honest view, so please tell me if you disagree.

My question to Christian noury is 1 what are the long term plans for the club. 2 is the club going to stay at W12 Loftus Road if so when is the club going to build the new stadium. 3 if the club is going to have a brand new stadium is the plans to rebuild Loftus Road W12 and if so will the club design the stadium 🏟 the same as vfb stutgart Mercedes benzs arena stadium. 4 when are they going to build the new stadium as it is critical now as it is desperately need a new stadium.
