I have a suggestion about the rainbow game thing. I have a feeling that it is like a game where you guess which "thing" will finish first because if you look closely, on the rainbow circle, there are numbers. It probably is the finish line and the people are cheering to motivate or whatever the "things" that are in it. I have a feeling its similar to horse betting as it is shown it Season 1.
