I highly believe that torches, on a basic level, have a certain "randomizer" system running alongside the timer, which may cause 'em to turn on randomly. Let's say the timer goes up to 10 seconds (0 being the lowest value & 10 being the highest value), and the "randomizer" chooses a random value between 0 to 10, and once the Timer hits the randomly choosen value, it will trigger the torch to turn on again. Basically: Once the "randomizer" chooses the value 5, the torch will then turn on when the timer hits the 5th second. I should know this, because I'm a Developer myself 👀 then again, I may be wrong, because otherwise that could mean that most light entities would run on their own timer, and that might cause increased lag for pony.town the more torches and such are present on the screen, but what do I know ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

U have to click on unhide all people thingy when ure in the game, sadly u cant see the 24hrs hidden people on that list (forever hidden people will stay hidden, that button only for 24hrs hidden)
