It's useful to unlock everything before doing any main mission and create a new game+ save for future playthroughs You can actually get about 40% game completion only going for side quests in chapter 2

Number 1, if you have the physical disk version, you can play it with version 1.00 (Don't update RDR2), and do all the OG Glitches, like infinte gold bar at limpany, and any horse spawns at St Denis outskirts .
