Thanks! For most photo + video packages, probably 1.5-2.5 hrs. 3-4 for those higher end lifestyle video shoots I do too! For listing photos were typically in and out in an hour. Thanks for watching!

Thanks so much! I first ask the agent or find out for myself, what's "special" about this property. What's the features stand out? Sometimes it's not even the property itself, sometimes it could be the amenities, the area it's in, the land/acreage is sits on or w/e else. And usually base the story around that! Love this idea! How do you price your deliverables for the lifestyle package? I’m assuming this could be easily 1k+ just for all of your deliverables that you stated and that’s not even including whatever you charge for photos
