Its funny that KTM Duke 125 has steel braided brake lines front & rear. Infact I think all the ktm bikes have them. And its almost like luxury item for other such manufacturers

I did love my mt10 for the two years I owned it….but I’m playing catch up, so it was time to move on. Great bike, no complaints. 👍

Own the standard version and its all you can want from a monster bike.For longer rides still the confort seat is needed.Slap in a link pipe and you are golden.

I like the paint and belly pan on the SP version but just not worth the 2.5k plus up charge over the.l base MT-10.

The suspension alone is worth the additional price. The rest are just bonuses.

Haven't ridden a standard MT-10 but in the 4ish months I've owned mine, the e-suspension is a big deal. On the lowest setting, it's as soft and boaty as my Sumo.

I don't know what's skip and mudflap but I find most modern bikes pretty ugly. Including MT 10's european rivals.

Also different seat, which is still uncomfortable and I'd recommend the comfort seat.

I have one on mine, I've never even sat on the stock seat. It's in a box with the stock silencer, stock levers, stock rear fender and stock mirrors.

Correct me if I'm wrong but I think there are also differences in the calipers from the standard and SP models (SP has ADVICS calipers similar to the R1M).

Since you did not stay with only things different on the SP as opposed to the standard version then viewers should now there are a number of differences on this latest generation for one thing the headlights are completely different and actually they are the same ones used in Tracer 9 which even aftermarket companies selling protectors dont seem to even know ...I know because I own both models and the embossed numbers on the lenses are identical. Also different for 2022 compared to the older model MT10 FZ10 is the rear fender design so that the older pre later gen design tail tidy kits WILL NOT FIT even though again certain aftermarket companies dont even KNOW this yet as I found out! Now I believe they COULD re engineer something to fit old and new because the newer is basically just more compact so the old design cant fit in the opening of the newer models ....I had to do a LOT of cutting and grinding to force one to work....I did all the work taking everything apart and did not want to put it back tpgether only to have to do it alll over again. Another cooler difference is the titanium R1 HEADERS on the later bikes! There are other notable updates also so be very very careful if you think parts from older gen MT-10 will fit as they very well may NOT
