Tokyo Marui MWS is probably one of the most upgradeable GBBR packages available. Due to its unique internals aftermarket companies have made everything from internals to externals, you can turn your M4 into pretty much anything to a 416, PDW, even a DMR. And upgrade the power.
@ldgarius Жыл бұрын
Of course carrying 4 aeg mags is better than 13 gbbr ones... you don't need 13 gbbr ones. The point is not carrying 520 or whatever BB capacity, it's carrying around 150-200 depending on replica and gameplay. The point is lowering the ammo of the aeg's so that they actually think before shooting. Recuring theme: many of the problems with airsoft would be solved by using gbbrs. Again, spreading the myth that gbbr's are higher maintenance than aeg's when by sheer logic it's the opposite. Gbbr's need more often maintenance, but easy as heck. You dissassemble a replica with 1 or 2 bolts, no tools, just lube and grease, put it together, done in 20 seconds. I'm omiting cleaning the barrel because you should be doing that with the aeg anyway. As per aeg's, any maintance that you should be doing anyway requires such a painful task of opening a gearbox, which if not v2 is just a pain. Why do you think most people don't do proper tech... They would with a gbbr, given how friking easy it is. Again, more problems in the hobby solved by using gbbrs. Did you just say parts and components of a gbbr are scarce...? Maybe for the bad brands you ""trust"". I can find literally any screw in a WE replica and order it. Literally any part that comes stock. I can upgrade basically everything needed. But of course you don't ""trust"" because mainstream... Lastly, if your rifle is shooting a cloud of smoke from your gas... you've got something wrong in there. Actual lastly: your shameful promotion of a kwa aeg in a video about gbbr's is, well, shameful. No wonder people don't subscribe.
@Winningsince95 Жыл бұрын
You have an excellent point there bro. I believe Gbbr are definitely WAY more easier to maintain than a Aeg by a lot. I would never put myself in the position to learn how to fix gears on a gun 😂. VFC didnt manage to get a halfway running platform till generation 5 or 6 without changing almost anything on the gun. And there are still so many problems. There's also the fact that HPAing a GBBR is cheaper than making one out of an AEG. You only need an adapter (which is present for known brands and models) and the other HPA stuff (regulator, tank, perhaps scuba tank, etc.), cost-wise it becomes cheaper than buying all those gas gbbr mags, and since the HPA motor for an AEG is perhaps the most expensive part to get, it even can make it more affordable to get and make HPA a GBBR.

Failed to mention western arms though it might not be so popular in the states I was able to aquire a mk18 varient by king arms which runs on a 100% WA system and let me tell you it's a sleeper gbb most people don't know about . It easily out performs all the kwa or ghk gbb other than ones heavily upgraded . Also vfc is a complete rip off for the money my tech has had nothing but vfc on his bench gbb or aeg stay away . The only gbbr that out classes my mk18 is the mws and coming in at a price point of 380 before shipping I firmly believe it's a way better deal than any kwa or ghk considering those are always breaking down with few round counts . I have put over 2000 rounds through my emg king arns mk18 with 0 malfunctions now to be completely transparent I live in northern Pa and the first few games I played when the weather was hovering just above 40 F the last few rounds did chug along but once the temp hit above 50F it was game on and the ones using ghks and kwas we're asking me what kind of gbbr I was running . Moral of the story like he said do your research and don't think you have to buy a name or a gun someone says to buy while wearing that company logo on there hoodie! Western arms may be the grandfather of gbbs but there a reason there system is still used today and company's like ghk took the WA system and tweaked to only make it les reliable then the original !!! Look up old videos of prime gbbr or viper tech gbbrs they run western arms systems .

I would exclude the Marui MWS from any recommend list, as it a good system just not out the box, it turns good once you have put at least the price of the gun into it (meaning by good in comparison to vfc and ghk not having to do much for reliability, running above 1j, parts durability out the box, and not having to change much for accuracy and gas efficiency), as with the MWS you are pretty much doing the same thing that you would end up doing with a cheap gbbr, as far as kwa i would except it as well, as its not as good when comparing to vfc or ghk, and upgrades are hard to find and very limited in options and when it comes to OEM parts they are for all intends and purposes practically unexistent

**READ HERE FIRST !!** If your some hardcore airsoft guy. Take into consideration that fact that you are training with it durability and functionality are key , as long as I looks like what you carry and use Functions to some extent and has some sort live recoil 👌 it’ll get the job done don’t crack your skull trying to find perfect. Make due with what’s available and remember at the end of the day it’s a training tool and grown up toy 2:get expensive one :if your some hardcore milsim guy and you want to save money on modifying and tuning your gas blowback rifle .. for competition or whatever it is you guy do (different strokes for different folks) To everyone else Might I suggest buying an actual firearm. In smaller calibers granted , easier to manage Ammo is cheaper. Dont buy into the hype of bigger calibers , That being said with enough training you can shoot larger calibers proficiently KEY WORDS * With Enough Training* unless you plan on going to the range everyday after work Stick to smaller calibers it’s more enjoyable and requires less training to remain proficient less training means less ammo less ammo means more money saved , buy some solid hollow points if your still not convinced. Look up. *9mm vs 45acp on ballistic dummy *. To summarize the hole is the same size with the only difference being the plus P + rounds and even then the difference was between FPS not. Impact size or kinetic energy MEANING *your not going to see the difference unless you measure it with a chronograph guns go bang brother *. The same chould be said about 22lr. And 22 magnum It’s a gun brother all of them do the same thing you pull the trigger it goes bang what more do you want ? A laser to scratch your ass from space ? To put it into perspective the average gun owner goes to gun range once a month And trains / runs self defense scenarios and drills with their weapon once every 6 months (some people never train) Use that information to your advantage make an educated decision. Have a wonderful day , god bless

While VFC really upped (back) their quality on the recent GBBRs, I think the MWS is still a better bang for the buck. As long as you change the 200-250 mm inner barrel with a 360+ one, you get 400 fps in a reliable platform. Also, I have seen in a comparison video that the cerakote on MWS makes it less prone to scratches etc than the VFC one.

Low caps not a negative to everyone. Personally speaking Hicap-midcap mags are dumb and ruin airsoft. It reduces teamwork. It's far to easy to suppress people. It reduces the flow of the game. What should be a flowy, high movement game, gets turned into a camp fest as people mag dump 300 round mags at each other. Reloading is part of gun fighting. I didn't bring an M4 to have LMG ammo capacity. Also to me personally having rules of "no blind firing" when you can indiscriminately mag dump a 300 round mag without aiming at all... what's the difference? One is not more dangerous than the other. Jet the Desert Fox shooting dudes teeth out and knocking his eyepro off mag dumping a dude 2 feet away proved this to everyone.
