Do they have any 55 plus communities in the vicinity? We are looking to relocate from Arizona. I have been doing a lot of research and there seems to be such high HOA fees all throughout Florida though.

There is NO NIGHTLIFE, lol. Everything closes SUPER early. Plan to venture out of Vero for a night out unless you like to be home by 10:30 pm :)
