Nice job. Here's the number 1 tip. (Pickles) why? Always keep a jar in your cooler. When the leg cramps hit, two drinks of pickle juice will stop them immediately!!! Guaranteed! During or after the race.

For really muddy races , not only wear roll offs but get a universal tear off kit, so you can put the tabs on the roll off canisters for a couple tear offs to fit. Also, tape a old set of goggle lenses to the visor on your helmet. 👌 really helps at the start when your most likely to get blasted. You can tilt your head and let the visor catch most, and after the first few corners pull a tear off or two. Just in my experience it helps.. keep up the videos! Making me jealous as frig , I wanna race! lol 😆

Hey, could you do another video going more in depth on what you specifically eat, or maybe dive into cardio. Running, biking, rowing and all that. Trying to gauge just how much. But I'm sure more the merrier

If there was only a way to keep beer ice cold in those packs. Lol. Great tips. One from me is, on a muddy race, before you start, find a mud hole and roll around and get yourself nice and muddy, that way you don't have to worry abut staying clean or getting muddy. One less worry. Lol got to have some fun with ya.. but great tips dude keep em comming...WFO!!!

Dude the cytomax is great stuff. I used to do road biking and when you’re on mile 45 out of your 50 miler it really helps out. Gonna use once I start GNCC/Hares

Nice video.. broke a front brake lever on my last lap last race using the half wrap handguards.. frickin sucks.. I enjoy them because of lightweight feel and freedom around the hands.. but it’s a risk forsure.. need to switch back for a min
@NoahClark325 жыл бұрын
Yeah I like the wrap around for that reason. You don’t have to worry about levers!
@taamatrix4 жыл бұрын
@@NoahClark32 I agree for the sake of levers, but I have hit trees with both and it's much easier to recover with open handguards, the closed handguards clipping a tree is violent

Hey Noah, thanks for the tips. Question, are 125 2 strokes practical in the kind of racing you do or is a 250 the way to go?
@NoahClark325 жыл бұрын
For me the 250 is the way to go but last year in the NEPG I was getting beat by Jesse Ansley every race and he was on a 125 so its all preference and what you want to ride honestly. Sorry, I know that may not really answer your question

Tommy Norton won the last Black Water 100 in the moutains of West Virginia(hardest off road race ever raced in America) in the early 90s on a 125 . Then the next year because of him beating everyone on his 125 in the A class against 250s GNCC made the AA class . Tommy Norton and his 125 is the reason AA class got invented. If anyone wants to read a great article , google the Black Water 100 !!!
@davidwilfong8028 Жыл бұрын
@@billclinton4344 you got so many things incorrect there bud.. Tommy won the 1990 Blackwater 100 Fred Andrews won the last Blackwater 100 in 1993..The AA class was formed to put all the fast boys all on the same row starting together instead of the guys going for the OA scattered between the 1st 4-5 A class rows....And at Blackwater you drew starting position & then 5 riders on a row started every 10 seconds with time adjusted accordingly afterward..It's never had a traditional gncc starting proceedure. While Tommy's win was a huge upset(ktm's Mark Hyde & Scott Harden hadn't even heard of Tommy Norton before that day & he was riding a ktm) the AA class wasn't invented because of Tommy... it was invented to put the fastest boys on the same row, all startin together so it's fair for all...Maybe stick to cigars & interns there Mr. Clinton...

I don’t think there’s really an age limit. I believe there’s nothing in there that would do harm. (Could be wrong but I think your good)

my tips haha: go with a 4 stroke. have plenty of tearoffs for goggles and GoPro. tire up for loose and low traction terrain. brushguards for your bars is a must. no sex the night before an event lol
@JustMe-999a3 жыл бұрын
Have you ever noticed that you have to pee shortly after having a big drink of water? Drinking extra water for a week isn't going to make you store more water for a race............... you'll pee a lot for a week though.
