You can't overcharge an iPhone..... charging it overnight every night does not harm battery at all. Your iPhone will stop charging once it reaches 100%

Overcharging batteries is a total MYTH and hasn't really been a problem for many years. Almost every battery and/or charger is designed to stop charging when it needs to.

Sure you can turn off Auto-Brightness feature but what you lose is the automatic and practical assistance of saving battery life. Because the phone automatically can turn brightness up and down according to environment, having it set to a fixed value makes you miss that functionality. The features IS there to make you save battery because you move around to different light sources, it's not a stationary computer on your desk at home.

These are great ideas but the 3rd one is false smartphones use a lithium battery which have a chip inside them that monitors everything. So once your battery has reached 100% the batteries chip will stop the charger from charging it further and just keep it at 100%.

Totally at odds with accepted wisdom, and your method for switching off WiFi and Bluetooth doesn’t actually switch it off it just disconnects, you need to go into settings app to properly switch it off and gain any battery life.

Over night charging is not good so as to save Iphone Battery health. I am keeping very small Iphone SE , next month it will complete two years. Still my battery health is 98%. So my personal experience over all night charging never support battery life.
