Hello friend its me again hope you doing well i have a performance filter and performance exhaust on my 150cc gy6 scooter i was wondering if i could remove the end piece on my exhaust for better sound or will it damage my engine i always follow exactly what you tell me and i love your videos
@VirberelloScooterTips2 жыл бұрын
Hello my friend opening the back part is great for sound but you will lose 5 to 10 % of power on your scooter performance because you will lose back pressure on your exhaust and your scooter will run lean or hot in temperature and in the long way the motor will burn the gasket but if you really want to do that to compensate the scooter fuel mixture unbalance you have to up jet your carburetor to a #120 main jet or #125 if you are at sea level and keep your motor running slightly rich . Oh man...and I liked using that tire shine. I'd spray it on every 2 weeks but never slipped when I applied it. But after watching this I think it's best if I don't use it anymore, better safe than sorry! Then in that case, is it better to just clean the tires with soap and water?
@VirberelloScooterTips4 жыл бұрын
Hello SegaDisneyUniverse this advice idea came up from a place that I was working for few months and the manager had a vesta scooter so one day I look at his scratched and bloody hands in front of me and I say to him are you little to old to fight with other people ? and he say I did not fight with nobody I felt from my scooter because someone wash my scooter and they shine the tires with tire shine product . some product are less shine and less oily like the Aircraft Grade Rubber Tire Care Conditioner amzn.to/2FeERkx at the end you need to take care of the tires because thy are very important and with time if you do not ride to much your scooter they will become dry and hard. Hey man got it buy I can taste the gas from riding the moped what should I do
@VirberelloScooterTips7 ай бұрын
Riding a moped and tasting gas fumes can be concerning. Here's what you can do: Check for Leaks: Inspect the moped for any fuel leaks. Look around the fuel tank, fuel lines, and carburetor. Ventilation: Make sure you're riding in well-ventilated areas. Avoid riding in enclosed spaces where fumes can accumulate. Fuel Cap: Ensure the fuel cap is tightly closed. Sometimes, fumes can escape from a loose or damaged cap. Maintenance: Regular maintenance can prevent issues. Check the air filter, exhaust system, and fuel system. Protective Gear: Wear a mask or use a full-face helmet to reduce inhalation of fumes. See a Mechanic: If the issue persists, take your moped to a professional mechanic for a thorough inspection. Safety is crucial, so addressing the issue promptly is important. Thank you for watching my video

I agree with the tire shine statement you should never really ever use it on a scooter or a vehicle over time the chemicals degrade the rubber in the tire causing shorter tire life the only reason why people use this pointless product is to make your tires look shiny

Hello Sir I have been watching your videos and I have a question. I have a taotao 150 powermax is it possible to lower my scooter from the back, so My feet can be flat on the ground?
@VirberelloScooterTips3 жыл бұрын
Hello the best thing to do is toreplace the rear shocks sunspension with something lower but not to low check this video kzbin.info/www/bejne/eJaTk3l5qayld8k and this can be the shocks amzn.to/3HwyfbS 320mm but i will not go to the 290mm or you can buy a lowering kit for motorcycle like this amzn.to/3HwVNNH and see if you can adapt to your scooter in a safe way but the best for me is replacing the shocks just a little shorter from the one you have at the moment

@VirberelloScooterTips3 жыл бұрын
Hello my friend if you have a gy6 150cc is possible that you do not have great compression so you will have to adjust the valve clearance and if after the scooter is not starting again and you check the compression again and is not good you could have worn or broken piston rings to start a scooter you need compression + Fuel + spark if one of those things is not working your scooter will not start

Hi, my scooter was park weeks and the speedoometer and headlight doesnt work and the scooter start perfect and run good, can you help me to fix that problem thank very much
@VirberelloScooterTips2 жыл бұрын
Hello John here are some steps you can follow to troubleshoot a scooter headlight and speedometer that are not working: Check the fuse: Locate the fuse at the battery and inspect it to see if it is blown. If the fuse is blown, replace it with a new one of the same rating. Check the connections: Inspect all the connections for the headlight and the speedometer , including the wiring and bulb, to make sure they are properly seated. Check the battery: Make sure the battery is fully charged and has enough power to turn on the headlight. If the battery is dead, jump-start it or charge it. Inspect the headlight switch: If the headlight switch is not functioning properly, it may need to be replaced. Replace the bulb: If the bulb is burned out or damaged, replace it with a new one. I hope this can help you and thank you for watching my video

@@VirberelloScooterTips In all reality you would probably need to convert to a water cooled version on the gy6 which the smallest one is the 150cc i think. Would prefer a 50cc water cooled gy6 for fuel economy. None the less i think with a new motor and after engine breakin. If you add an oil cooling kit and use motor kote with the oil then add a fuel injection kit. It may cost a bit but i think it would give a long engine life.
