Basically he's stronger, faster, and heals faster then he ever would have if he hadn't died. Also due to training under a ancient mystic group he has the power to summon a pair of swords powered from his soul that can fight magical, mystical beings. In one fight he was able to use them to injure a super evil amazon (not wonder woman).

There was a time during a Superfriends animated show where they were battling a modern Dr Frankenstein. He had kidnapped Batman, Superman and Wonder Woman. He took their powers and put them in his Monster. The only one who wasn't taken was Robin. The Doctor didn't think he was worth taking. He had taken Batman for his detective skills and intelligence. Robin was able to stop Dr Frankenstein and his Superpowered Monster by having the last of the others powers put in him. His teenage body became Hulk Hogan like and his voice deepen. He wasn't able to defeat the monster because he and the Monster were too evenly matched. He was able to defeat the Monster by putting on a lead suit and exposing the Monster to Kryptonite.

Actually in the game the pills seem to ware off as they do in the comics because while yes Joker took a strength pill and survived gunfire later on in the joker gang hideout batman and gang easily capture joker and later on (I dont remember who beat him so correct me if I'm wrong)Harly or luther also defeat joker and Harly was never shown taking a strength pill so it's clear they wear off.
