If you want an SK-II dupe (nothing is exactly like it but some come close), Secret Key or Scinic 1st Essences will be the closest. I love Swanicoco it's a bit more gentle in the fermentation of galatomyces and SK-II is like the most fermented you can get.

Like semi-matte, I would say, it's not super dewy but definitely wouldn't be full blown matte.
