Yes you can use fully decomposed cow dung menure instead of vermicompost

Yes if you want grow faster your Bougainvillea than fertilize with NPK 20.20.20 twice a month from March to October. When you feel growth is enough thank Fertilize with DAP for blooming one tea spoon every 10 to 15 days and bone meal also help to produce flowers.

Nahi is time repot nahi Kar sakte. Garmi bahut hai. Aap light pruning Kar sakte hain. Use pull dhoop me rakho or Pani Kam do. Gobar ki khad dalo

Sir mere bhoganvellea me sirf leavs hai behisaab flower buds nahi hai jbki mene fertilizer bhi diya hai .kaha galti ho rahi hai samjh nahi aa raha. Me bushy nahi bana rahi esliye prunning nahi ki mujhe diwar pe bel ki treh chdana hai. ab lockdown chal raha hai organic fertilizer khatam ho gaya hai to kya me dap or npk dono de sakti hu ya ek hi fertilizer dena hai mere pass bs yahi 2 ferilizer bache hue hai

Don't care too much for Bougainvillea. Water the plant only when the soil is dry. Maintainin at least one day gap between watering. Don't use NPK that much. If you have to then choose one with low nitrogen ratio. Use DAP along with Potash it will help in flowering. All the above mentioned techniques are applicable when your plant is in pot. Thank you. @@nirbhikpal8292 Nirbhikji my bongaunvillea is in pot,I never gave any chemical fertilizer but only bananapeel water and eggshell in every 15days but they bloom very nicely but sometimes in two months gap I gave bonemeal and twice in a year I gave vermi compost.
