5 Tips for Night Driving | CAR Driving Tips | YTK | tamil

Driving a car during night a tough one and it needs more experience to master it.
In this video i have given 5 tips everyone should follow during night time car driving

As a professional drive Night drive is not save it's not adviseable 1. Good sleep during evening time 2. No heavy food 3. Center mirror down pannannum avoid behind head light focus 4. No more 80 km speed becos mentally disorder person or animals are crossing on the road. 5. Bypass is best don't choose single road mean no mediator road. 6. Should be stop at tea shop 7. After 3.00 o clock should be stop the car at any petrol pump will start after 5.00 clock. 8. Must check extra Tyre air pressure. 9. No music if u want less sound 4point volume 10. Must clean windshield and side mirror 11. Put center lock don't stop the car at bypass and don't help anyone on road . Don't give lift to unknown person at bypass.

Useful tips.👍 Your extra tip should have been the first tip. Always keep pure water, newspaper and Clean and dry Microfiber cloth handy. Make the dashboard panel light in dim position particularly during night driving. Try have a break in a well lit place for atleast 15 minutes after 100/150 kilometres to avoid continuous & stressful driving. If the driver is scratching the head or face while driving - don't hesitate - STOP THE CAR IMMEDIATELY- ask him to wash his face and refresh, because it is the sign of fatigue/stress/tiredness - be careful.

what @ Ashish Jeffrey says is Very true, Everyone Please take this important suggestion seriously. After cleaning the windshield with water please use news paper to clean the windshield. We can often see Big transport vehicle drivers using this technique. please use the news papers which will absorb water and which are clean. I learned it from an experienced State Transport Express bus Driver who he himself claimed on the front bumper 'foot rest' (There is a small foot rest attached on the front bumper of big vehicles) to reach the bus wind shield and cleaned it. After cleaning with water, he took a daily news paper 'chose the middle pages!! & cleaned the windshield spotless. I asked him why middle pages? he said, "simple!!, it will contain less dust & wont scratch the glass!!. He added one more important point which showed how big that man's heart was!!..... He said, "more than 50 lives are in my hands". I was moved by the statement of that unsung hero of our country. I shook hands with him, the year was 1986.

You can look to the left of the Road momentarily before start looking to the road space your low beam illuminates. This will avoid Brighter light of the Traffic from Opposite Direction. Instead of looking to the left of the Road, you can glance at the 'less illuminated' instrument panel of the car momentarily before training your eye on your car's low beam. After wet Cleansing of Windshield, use a dry micro fiber cloth or simply a Non Glossy News paper to wipe the Windshield to get rid of particles that will cause lights Problem.

@ vishnukumar , Dear Mr. Visnukumar, Very good & important question. My small suggestion is.... You have to take enough rest & sleep, before sitting on the driver seat (if possible), but if you feel sleepy while driving don't drive further, pull the vehicle to nearest safe place take a nap (small amount of sleep) for around 15 to 20 minutes (in the car itself) get up wash your face with cold water, you will be back almost to normal, if possible drink a cup of coffee (getting out of the car) & few stretching (in Thamizh...sombal murippadhu) you will be ready to go. hope my suggestion helps.
