Tell your delivery executives to carry the food properly in the bags you provide. Some delivery executives put the food on petrol tanks, handles of the bikes and in turn zomato claims restaurant's money to provide the refund to customer.

I Absolutely support your complain, wrong handling of packet by delivery boy is the main reason of such complain, Why should the Restaurants be asked for refund than? No Restaurant wants to loose customers, they are asset to us. Zomato is doing nothing to improve this.

Very well said.. as a restaurant owner i find the same problem. The zomato raider hardly anyone carry the proper food delivery bag. And how can a restaurant can send a bad packing. We are hear to do business not to lose our customer. We never find packaging complaint from the customers who directly take TAKEAWAY from us. Work in it

You can raise a ticket to order tapes from restaurant partner application and we will deliver it you at the earliest: Step 1- Login to restaurant partner app and click on the three horizontal lines on the top right corner and tap on Help centre. Step 2- Now click on the ""Zomato tapes"". This will redirect you to another page where you can select “Order Zomato tapes” to place your order for tapes. Step 3- On this page,you will be able to see your restaurant address. In case you want the tapes to be delivered at a different address, please enter the address here. Enter your mobile number and pin code.The City and State would get auto-filled based on pin code. After filling in the details, click on Submit. Congratulations! You have successfully placed your order for Zomato tapes. You will be able to track the status of tapes here after 48-72 hours. You can also click on the View button to track the shipment.

It is sorry to say zomato block/Lock food items just because zomato delivery executives are not near around the restaurants. Just came to know these from different known customers after they complain and unable to select the items....

Forget about packaging. Pls ask your delivery partners to stop stealing food of customers. If they need food. Let them ask at the restaurants itself. We can provide some. But they don't deliver complete order and because of that, customers are at loss, we are at loss. Then its a torture to both. We pay you commission, they pay u to deliver and then again undergo this torture?
