All your points are only relevant when you have sensible customers and proper delivery boys grooming. A number of times I had handled grooming issues bad behaviour by delivery with customer, next, our pizzas are ready but we need to keep waiting till the delivery guys arrive and then only we can mark food order ready else you deduct points for marking it actually ready and your delivery guys reaching late. Moreover you are bleeding the restaurant owners by charging commission then convenience fees and so on. Also you run discounts at the expense of the restaurant and not on your expense and thus finally at the end result only the food outlets keep bleeding.

Zomato's 13th Birthday, 60% offer entire July, HOW A RESTAURANT CAN GIVE FOR A MONTH ! Now without permission from the restaurant, Zomato's are displaying 60% offers + Zomato commission deducting , on this pandemic situation, how a restaurant can survive, why don't give discounts for Zomato's Birthday from Zomato for a full month. Please re-think about this offer & help restaurants

1. Zomato can give more time to prepare food. 2. customer not given rating when food is good. When food is bad, give rating. Food is good 1 point increase Food is bad 10 point decrease How i business like this type of rating.

Zomato customers are very opportunist and unethical always in mood of exploiting restaurants for free food. They pretend themselves as masterchef judges with vague comments which Zomato encourages as genuine feedback. Kudos to zomato for exploiting restaurants.

Everything you are doing is fine and appreciated.What about the Basic and your fundamentals?? Online Food delivery, do you have enough delivery executives available on zomato as compared to Swiggy?Why keep our outlets closed if you don't have any delivery executives available??

In my opinion the rating system on Zomato has given every Tom Dick and Harry a chance to become a “Reviewer” for free food ! These people hold restaurants on gun point with bad reviews, and negotiate a free meal for removal of that review. Zomato calls these people “genuine customers”

Every restaurant and kitchen I know of is using reviewers to write fake reviews, for a fake rating, and Zomato knows it. It’s just the ugle side of business.
