Totally the validation thing. I’m so glad I dumped my so called best friend. I made all I feel statements and she was minimising my feelings. She’s long gone now and my health is so much better now. She was a massive user.

What triggers me are the same exact thing i do to other not on purpose. I'm needy but when someone does it to me i lose my shit pretty fast.

Same. I am so needy with my bf. Constantly phoning him and flipping if he doesnt answer. If a friend phones me too much, i switch and end up blocking them for suffocating me. I know its wrong but i cant help it.

My x wife has BPD and we have a child together, so we have contact, but I’m terrified about telling her I still care for her because I don’t know if she can process this, can you give me advice on what to do how too speak to her in general 😁
