Can you craft these I'm stage 0? What areas and what particular things did you harvest for the resources. From what I can see you need to spend money to use stage 1-2-3 to actually be able to get any of the resources to upgrade anything decent.

The equipment upgrades for making your character move faster are found at Tier 0. Those will be the most valuable id assume. You can find resources and Illuvials for tier 0 teams. But yes, it will cost money to play the game above a Tier 0 level. F2P players will not be capable of playing the game at the highest level.
