I am currently 17years old and practice Muay Thai for about 11years now. I would say that i agree with all of his points and from my experiences, if you stay under the rouls shown in the Video you will have a much better first experience and also a faster improvement than somone who doesn´t. In my opinion, if you want to fight but still just starting out, I’d still follow the video. It changes if you already have prior experience and are looking for a gym to train at and corner you. Then it’s time to look at their preparation for fights, their achievements and involvement of the coaches and teammates during fight camp and fight day.
