A great note to the veggie plots is the bigger the size the more people you need living there. I had one massive field plot that got less then a quarter of the output I was hoping for because it was level one house

Yeah, level 3 plots will suit 4 families if you plan it out for 2 families initially :)

I done mine as size of 1 morgen. The output are really good but there just pile up inside the house and the granary some how wont pick it up.

How to know the size of the house plot? I generally drag 6 houses, with the backyard about triple the house part, and then reduce to 1 house. Is it too big?

The easiest way I know is to outline two points on the road then pick location for the 3rd point by going 90 degrees to the previous line and going 90 degrees again to check whether extension is available. If not - press rmb twice and place the 3rd point farther and repeat. If yes - rmb 2 times and place the 3rd point close and repeat. This way you’ll eventually find the smallest plot size with extension

Yeah his example is way better. I usually just eyeball it compared to a 0.5 morgen to a 1 morgen field. But triple house plot length for the backyard does sound perfect

If you're going to do veggies always make sure your burgage plot can get the additional house extension. That way you'll have two families working it. Same with apples

If your second ox gets stuck, just go 12x speed and It kinda resets the game I thing but fixes the issues.

I see often people will play a town with a population of 50+ and have 1 ox….Thats just slow build speed and timber transport.

Instead selling Spears and weapons Just call to arms and destroy bandits. With 14 villagers you can defeat them then either send money to Town (regional wealth) or cash it for coins.

what if you start with no money no food no nothing and only have two timber for obvious reasons?

That's a topic for a different video I guess :) HArdcore runs require you to do specific actions, but the sequence is +- the same with exception that you should rush timber production, then food/firewood, then burgage plots or your people will get unhappy pretty quick :)

I have yet to see one guide talk about when to expand to another settlement region or went to accept the barons army challenge since it seems super fast near start of year 2 when he takes a region.
