The w-tapping is very useful, but from what I've learned, you turn for a bit longer after you lift your finger off the w key. So, you can tap slower, and the turn radius gets reduced even more.

I'm on level 29 and I learned some things from this video too. I was wondering though, I've noticed some users seem to be able to go way faster in speed and jump over the lava pit, or over walls. Can't seem to find out how people are doing this, I've been saving for the 50k wheels hoping its those but i really have no clue how they're doing it.

All wheels perform the same. You get a small speed boost from star and spikes. You also get a speed boost during the celebration screen if you win.

How do you use a tapping on mobile?

Tight turning can be done on pc and mobile but is much more limited on mobile. For pc a tight turn can be performed with momentum or without momentum. If you are at a stand still you will have to W-tap to get yourself moving. However if you already moving all you need to do is stopping holding forward when you start turning. The first method I don't know if it is possible to recreate on mobile but the 2nd method is possible if you are using manual acceleration
