Great advice! I manage several hundred accounts in utah. Im going to do everything you just said. I like the part about not getting caught up in things that arent your job. Takes up your time and you juat become the middle man rather than directing clients to the correct contacts... Cheers

I'm so happy you found the video useful. Start as you mean to continue and don't get dragged into the weeds if you can help it (I know it kind of goes against our nature but it's important to focus where you add value). That's lot accounts! I recommend you give the Sales Success Podcast a listen and in particular this episode with Microsoft Account Manager Phil Terrill who had 168 accounts!!!
