2 options. Either change ur wifi connection with mobile hot spot and try. Probably ur wifi service provider isnt able to access the movie hd server to try mobile hot spot. Option 2: delete the app. reinstall it again.

Ideally u shdnt need an inverter. But if your area has often power cuts and voltage fluctuations then the inverter is recommended.
