It's important to note that the 4 hour timer on floor loot and crate respawns is server-wide. Meaning that the servers reset for everyone at the same time, not 4 hours after you personally last looted them. The timer starts at 12am EST and resets every 4 hours. I have tested this myself. I did securement silo sigma and a crate run through blackfell fallen zone at 8:30pm PST (11:30pm EST) and looted everything. Went and did both again less than 30 minutes after once the clock hit 9:00pm PST (12:00am EST) and everything was respawned. Just need to close and reopen the game. Thought it might be helpful to know.

I've been working on similar tests, but specifically for the purpose of furniture BP farming. I've done all the smaller settlements in Chalk Peaks, Wetlands, and Broken Delta. The Nina's Diner I also found was extremely good. But a few others that you didnt mention are firstly teleporting to TP tower in Broken Delta at (5210,-5885) and then hitting Ridge Camp, Ridge Transfer Station, and Knight Vehicle Repairs. The first of the 3 is good but the other 2 hold a LOT of containers for scrap. One's a little further out of the way are Believer Colony in Chalk Peaks (2350,-4931) and Fisherman's Wharf (1617,-7240) in the same zone. Been sidetracked with doing up a new base but will do the remaining 3 zones sometime soon.

Aren't these the same spots to go farm furniture blue prints?

You missed the green house in blackfell which also has a ton of cabinets. There's a total of 3 spots in blackfell for collecting scraps

Farming rubber is insanely easy. as long as you have buffed disassembly bench + consistent grinding every 4 hours. I had like Thousands of Rubbers + Thousands of other scraps available in the game by just grinding twice or thrice a day in a span of 2 weeks. The best location I could find is the blackfell. but I saw some peeps has this map rotation that will take 10-15 minutes that could give hundreds of scraps per run.
