Lesson from 2024: Slowing Down. I’ve noticed most of my biggest and most frustrating losing streaks have come from trading anything less than the 15min timeframe. My goal is to gain consistency trading the 4hr and 1hr charts before I think about looking for opportunities on shorter timeframes. 2024 was my first year of really getting into active trading and the learning loop is a real trap. I think I’ve found what I was looking for with market structure, and I’m going to do my best to stick to my strategy this year (only tweaking to refine and not completely jumping ship like last year). I build most of it from your videos: 1. Market Structure - Daily and 4H for Directional Bias 2. Spending most of time on 4H 3. Marking S&D alongwith Premium and Discount for location in range to act upon 4. Using Liquidity for timing my trades on 1 H. 5. Analysis one day before 6. Journalling everyday. 7. MY Edge I'm a swing trader focusing on the major forex currency, using DXY to analyze my overall bias for the week. I then select 2 pairs to focus on for the week, trading only ehen there is a range on the weekly/daily TF. I enter on the 1hr to target the DOL settings BE at 1RR and not taking any trade that is less than 2 RR and not more than 2 trades per week whether win or loss

MY EDGE I trade EU and GU with a bit of AU and I trade the London session. I look at the daily timeframe to get a bais and then to the 15M and look for the valid range in my direction after waiting for the time based manipulation at Frankfurt open, I go to the 1m to take my trade entry.

Also proven: traders succeed with less information than more. The more you analyze the greater the chance of failure. A simple support and resistance system makes 20 year olds millions while people lose months with ICT concepts which are complicated on purpose.
