I've been watching these Tajikistan videos on Mr Davud channel, I saw lots of well-organized, clean and modern cities. The foods are also awesome and the price is not really cheap. In short, I'm impressed with these cities. And then I tried to read about Tajikistan on Wiki, surprisingly the GDP per capita of Tajikistan is quite low, it didn't meet with my expectation after watching the modern cities on the videos. Can someone explain this?
