@@satyasankalpapanigrahi9416 in bf3 p orbital is present in F so,boran has sp2 hybridisation so delocalisation takes place but in bf4- boran has sp3 hybridisation, p-orbital is not possible then no delocalisation 0/4=0+1=1 due to the presence of - ve sign in bf4- b.o is 1.0
