You can get alot of Lucky dice if you play hunter or either main hunter

You can also dismantle the survivor or hunter trial card and if you don't feel like to buy any character buy the previous season memory sphere that can also give you duplicates!

Play 3 5v5 games every weekend as well! You will get guild tokens for your first three games and when you open your guild store (if you are in one), you can buy a lot of fragments there.

If it's a skin, go to a skin you don't own (in costume selection) of the same tier as your card you want to dismantle. Press dismantle. If you want to dismantle a rank border unlock, go to the rank section, at the bottom right you will see the unlock symbol, click and then click dismantle.
