BIG MIKE, i would be happy if you add warnings to these moves. No doubt that these are very efficient touches but they should know how the defender reacts to sudden movements as well. i play defence (mostly RB, LB) and its quiet difficult to get these past me with these because im patially aggressive when im defending. Guys just i want you to know who you are playing with in order to use these touches. all these touchess work well on super agressive defenders. thank you for your God work Mike.

Thanks mate! I’d recommend implementing a combination of plyometrics (jump squats, pogo jumps, jump lunges, long jumps etc) and resisted sprints either by pushing a weighted sled or doing hill sprints. Do the plyos on separate days to your sprints, and take a day between those types of workouts to allow your body to recover. Do ball work on the recovery days instead 🤝

@7mlc12 күн бұрын
Thank you mate ⚽️❤️ To be honest, modern boots seem to be constructed in such a way where break in time is pretty minimal. Sometimes I’ll “double sock” for my first wear if I suspect the boot has any hot spots, but for the most part I’ve not ran into many problems other than a couple of particular models. Mizunos especially are lasted for 24 hours, so the out of the box fit is excellent 👌

Hey michael I was sick a few days ago and Im just getting back into trainig. However I have a question. You know when you have lots free time and your just chilling in your room. Well that feels like wasting time and instead of that I could just do ball Mastery drills because Im pretty bad at it. How do you find the motivation to get up from your phone to do ball mastery.
@7mlc12 күн бұрын
When you realise that motivation is a luxury and not a determining factor in whether you train or not, you’ll do it anyway. Just like eating, brushing your teeth, sleeping, doing work. By not doing those essentials, there’s a negative impact on your life. If you love spending time with the ball, it shouldn’t take much to put the phone down and spend time with it ⚽️
