I bought a baritone with a electrics an built-in tuner. I liked it so much I added a pickup to my Aklot tenor.

can you please tell me why not the capo? I don’t know anyone who uses them but I am intrigued about having one.
@darkphoenixdc83812 жыл бұрын
@@michaelrmcornejo Okay so firstly let me just clarify that I'm making a personal opinion that it's not absolutely necessary. On the Ukulele, a capo isn't really that useful as there is an abundance of open or movable chord shapes, so it's rather easy to play chromatically (in all keys) without a capo. However, this might be more difficult for beginner or early intermediate players, so a capo might be an easier option. Additionally, I find that when using a capo, the Ukulele will have a more limited note range (this is more of an issue for sopranos or concerts if playing fingerstyle, usually first to third fret for tenors are still possible - again, this is a personal opinion from someone who doesn't use capos), which can limit arrangement choices. Usually, I just tune the entire instrument up a half/whole step as opposed to using a capo (if really necessary), but it's really up to preference.

I would have liked to have seen less of a hard-sell promotion of your store as a place to buy these accessories. Mention that they are available at your store in a more casual way. Also the message that you have got to have these five things turns me off a bit. I'm not a performer, so I don't feel like I have to have an extra set of strings with me at all times. I did like the recommendation that a strap would be useful for most everybody in certain circumstances.

Toss it in your case! Preferably a hard sided case. Really easy way to keep your ukulele in good shape.
