I'm not sure I know this could be entirely false but Isn't the history like there used to be a bus or whatever from China to Italy where Chinese sold cloths and they used to bring noodles to eat and the Italians got curious and asked the Chinese men how they made it and they told them the recipe of noodles they tweaked it and made into pasta?
