All great. I would make those Chicken Roll Ups for supper, with Mashed Potatoes, peas and a simple salad. I lived in Louisiana, they don't say foil, they say ferl. They call oil earl. I would think that if you could not find the cup's you could form your own with Philo dough or maybe put a small peice in a mini muffin pan then put the ingredients in. Just an idea. On the little sandwich bites I would put slices of pickle, tomatoe and black olives, One of those on some of the the bites before sticking the toothpick into the bite, Not all of the slices or all of bites but some of each adds even more flavor.
