The underbutt. The part of your booty that you can grab under. The part where the glute meets the hamstring. The part that sorta shows when your shorts are too short! Haha. You know what I mean?!
Here is an at home, equipment free workout video that you can do to target the exact underbutt area. This means we will be working a lot of hamstrings (biceps femoris, semitendinosis, semimembranosis) in order to give your booty (your gluteus maximus, minimus, and medius) a lift from underneath.
We will be doing each of the following exercises for 1:30 each, no breaks!
1. Walking Bridge Combo
2. Single Leg Swivel (Right)
3. Single Leg Swivel (Left)
4. Grasshopper
5. Hamstring Curls

@@LevelUP84 agreed. if she doesn’t do it for 3-4 days, it’ll go back to normal. It’s most likely just a pump, not actual muscles that have formed and repaired.

When you literaly cant change anything becauase your underaged live in the middle of knowere and your family dont want or like to do anything but go to safeway and back home.... They dont even want to have a more vegetable filled diet😓 its strait up western diet here 🤣

I know she said don’t expect crazy changes immediately but the change was practically instantaneous. The day after doing this workout I noticed my baby cellulite started to disappear… NOTICEABLY. I tried to think back to all the new/different things I did the day prior- this workout, ate at Chick fil A, showered with Shea Moisture black soap body wash- and I kept thinking the soap was pretty moisturizing but I think this workout made the biggest difference. It’s been 6 days now since I stumbled on this video 6/22/22, I’ve only done the workout 3 days, and my butt is more lifted, the cellulite has mostly melted away, and I am happy 😊. Now I just need a waist sculpting/lower belly pooch disappearing workout. She’s right, none of the moves are throw aways. If there is already one that Cassey has could someone please direct me to it?

Oh my goodness, I felt that I had a good all round fitness level for a 63 year old until I tried this workout for the first time. I had to rest a few times before continuing but I'm so looking forward to feeling stronger each time I do this. Love it.

Isolation in body sculpt is improving a portion of a muscle for instance, like in the glutes there are four quadrants if you decide to improve a part of a glute that is isolating the muscle to bulk

"...change your body....you gotta change your mindset, you gotta change your lifestyle"--all throughout the video, just felt good, positive vibes. I felt calm doing this, wanting to strengthen everything. warmed up my core until i felt them working, then I continued these exercises while focusing on tightening and pulling with my core, letting glutes and core work together. SO AMAZING; the little things are amazing. Truly felt like I worked out a lot although I wasn't able to lift as high or as flexible.

Okay. This is for me and others who need this: •I couldn't do this nonstop AND THAT'S OKAY. I didn't stop completely and pushed through. The goal is to be able to do this video with Cassey nonstop. •I had to modify the moves to keep up and have a starting point: -Regular glute bridges instead since I've never done that before -Could only do a single leg lift with no swivel BUT TRUST AND BELIEVE I WILL BE ABLE TO SWIVEL WITH CASSEY. I had to them in reps of 5 and 10 with a tiny break in between. -Was/am only able to do reps of 10 of Grasshopper. -Hamstring curl made me wheeze. Can't lift my knees or keep them up but made sure to squeeze my butt when I brought my feet together. •Cassey is more than welcome to disagree or have anything to add/change, but I want to make sure who ever is trying this to be a better version of themselves knows it's okay, it's SO FREAKING HARD, and we will get stronger. I will be able to do this with dripping sweat nonstop, but for now, I have to start where I am and build from there.

Thank you for the encouraging words! My legs are so sore right now and I haven’t even tried this yet. But I’m not too sore as I willingly searched out another torture video to keep feeling the pain & getting stronger with every ounce of effort I can put into ME!! Adding to next week’s regimen!

Sweating like crazy, this was great! In 2000 I had almost the same kind of crazy year. Bought a house, daughter graduated high school and I got remarried. Still going strong, 18 years, and 3 adopted grandchildren!

Cassie, i know that this video is 3 yrs old, but i need to tell you that you are saving my butt! Literally - haha! Seriously, thank you SO much for these workout videos. I am slowly recovering from an extended ( very serious) illness during which i was severely malnourished. I had several surgeries and was bedridden) homebound for almost five years! The result was a loss of SO much weight and SO much muscle. I became very weak, lost most of my core strength and almost lost ability to walk. Once I recovered, the effort trying to get back into shape was unbelievable! I can't even do the simplest of exertions without gasping for breath and muscles screaming for oxygen. ( Getting covid on top of all this that damaged both my heart and lungs didn't help) Can't even do simple exercises. All i can do is stretch. So, your exercises have helped me to gain back my strength the most. They are perfect for my body at this time. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. My favorite part is your positive (authentic, not fake) attitude. Not sure if you'll see my comment here, but just know that you are appreciated! Thanks!

Really worked! Thanks Cassie. I’m 57 and this worked so well it actually changed my hip measurement from 35 to 36” because it raised the fleshiest part of my butt up higher. Very pleased with the results.

Wow, your workouts are no joke! I’m on the final week of the Beginner’s Calendar and I’m realizing how I need to start over. I have to keep taking breaks. 😅 This one made me realize how weak my lower booty is. I could barely do the grasshopper and the last move I could hardly lift and extend the legs. That, i believe, is the idea. If just holding the GH pose, then tis a stretch of a different kind .. right? Tis similar to other exercises for glute activation ... I only stumbled on here just now, but i hope ye've been working at these since commenting.. I'm sure you're *ROCKIN it!!!* by now 💣

You've actually got to be really careful with that move that you're ONLY using your butt/thigh muscles-it's tiny movements. Cassey has a lot of flexibility so I'd be careful when trying to mimic her degree of movement. I didn't realise while doing grasshoppers before but I strained my middle back really bad and was bedbound for a couple days resting it up. Now I'm so careful that I use the right muscles!

After one time doing this I actually FELT that exactly that area was much stronger than before, and while on my first time I couldn't do the lying down lifts on my second time just now I did it, and did the whole exercise!!! I’m in my mid thirties and Cassey is still my favorite at home fitness trainer. She’s inspiring me to teach Blogilates locally. That’s the long term goal. The short term is memorizing these moves and just getting through the videos with proper form

Excellent workout. I'm able to keep my but rock hard in great shape even when I need a hip replacement and going thru a lot of pain. So glad to find a butt workout that doesn't hurt my hips. Thank u so much and bless you and your new home ❤🦋

Day 1 : Just completed it. I think I did not do it right. I came here after a 15-20 minute exercise, nothing much just stretching, jumping jacks, starfish jump etc. From exercise 1, my lower back, the part where my butt meets my back you know, that starting feeling uneasy. EXERCISE 1 and 2/3 felt easy. EXERCISE 4, I don't think I could lift my lower body up much. I tried to push my belly button into the ground and squeezed my butt to do it. EXERCISE 5, I started doing right (or felt right) only towards the end, but I didn't really feel much "underbutt pressure" or something like that. I mean sure I could feel my skin squeezing and all, but not anything like a workout pain. I think I really wasn't doing it right but I will try again tomorrow and update! DAY 2: FELT BETTER! I had poor internet connection yesterday so couldnt update. I did this yesterday after doing circuit strength training (2 circuits of a fairly beginner level routine ~ 36 mins for me) too after reading comments on this video, and one that said that "you really have to squeeze your butt" or you will have back pain or something and I tried. AND I FELT BETTER! I mean I could feel better than day 1 (when i hardly felt anything at the right place) how my butt was squeezing and there was less pain in my back. Though I still feel that somewhere I was not doing it right and should feel more. My body did not feel very "tight" while doing these but I tried. I am going to keep doing this 4 days a week atleast!

I really appreciate this, it's hard to find butt exercises that don't involve squats or moves that otherwise put pressure on the feet, I've had serious foot problems the last couple of years and have gone from working in a physically active job and walking all over town to sitting in front of a computer for hours every day and unable to even take my daily walks - my ass is like a plate of mash potatoes now, luckily I've been able to do some floor work and my feet are slowly getting their strength and flexibility back, but for now, this is just what I need to get my bottom back in action.

I know this is working because I can feel it the next day and since I am on a weight loss journey (doing cardio, fully body workouts and a cleaner diet) I wanted to make sure my ass doesn't fall flat as it once did before. It really helps to keep the round lifted shape and my butt and even lower back feel much stronger! I am so glad I am doing this!

Okay I’m doing this workout for 30 days because I want to be thicc here is the results Day one: I think one of my butts is stronger then the other because one does not hurt as much as the other. Or maybe I did it wrong Day Two: hurts ow but feel difference on butt Day Three: I think my butt is getting more used to it, hurts less! Update: got injured but I’m doing them again today! Today is going to be my day four. Just so you know, I’m a 35 in on butt and last time I measured myself, I was a 35. 1 so tiny increase. I will be doing it twice a day to make up for lost time Day Four: the first time I did it, I didn’t feel anything in the butt, I think I’m getting used to it, but the second time around hurt more. Still I think I should start adding weight/ resistance bands to start seeing more effects Day 5: barely hurts anymore 🤷🏻‍♀️ Day 6: more pain then yesterday, probs cuz I squeezed more Day 7: What I’ve learning is that we really have to squeeze. If not you feel it in your back lol. Also I wish I had resistance bands it would help me so much to get more lift Day 8: not bad! Felt it but didn’t hurt that much so not badddd Day 9: not a very eventful day Day 10: it hurts but I don’t feel sore afterwards which is good (what I meant by sore is that pain in which you can barley stand up AKA stretching a muscle) Day 11: rest day cuz my butt is on fire lol. Update: I like this workout overall from what I can tell. I think it would give you more butt however, if you do this with her other butt workouts. I will be 100 % honest I started doing other butt workouts along with this because I wasn’t seeing the results I wanted by just doing this one. By combing this with other butt workouts (other ones of hers and Chloes) I now have a 36 in butt! Day 12: Hurt but not to much. Stoped doing Chloe Ting because I realized I wasn’t getting sore. Bogilaties is where it’s at y’all Day 13: happened Oh goodness I forgot about this... well the truth is that’s because I really wasn’t feeling any pain anymore and started doing some of her other videos with this one (so I started doing this video as well as her new video the side glute one?) and well I measured myself recently and I’m at 36.1 so yay, that’s a 1.1 increase from where I started. I suppose my journey should tell you that, this video works, but don’t expect one video to solve all your problems, and switch it up once in a while as your body is going to get used to doing the same thing over and over again. Sorry for being the most inactive person ever, but I hope this helps! Some other good butt workouts I recommend are the blogalites ones and Alex’s Ren which is kind of a Leg + Butt combo workout. I’ll put more on here if I remember and find more good ones.

Feb 16, manage to do those last two move while protecting my pelvic bones...if anyone need this,make a circle with your thumb and forefinger and put it below your pelvic bones...this helps me a lot to do those last moves😄✌️.

Guys THIS WORKS. It really tightens the area between the thighs and the butt. As a result, It lifts up your glutes. I suggest you do this an then a couple of lounges and sumo squates as well. It worked for me i can see a difference. Strongly recommended.
