@@galanlavinia14 I do eat healthy but not all the time. I basically try to not eat things with high sugar content since thats what causes stomach fat. I do cardio for around 30-40 minutes before doing this and other stomach toning workout vids. Cardio such as walking or doing the videos Chloe Ting makes for cardio.

Y'all I have really stubborn lower belly fat and I've always hated it, but after a just a WEEK of doing this workout that little pouch has gotten SO much smaller!!!! My stomach is almost flat! @@melissalynn6680 I'd recommend stretching before and after you do these exercises. It'll help with the sourness. If you want to lose that belly fat, you should do this everyday along with some cardio. The more you do it, the stronger you will get! Make sure to eat healthy, and good luck to the both of us ~

@@rejavolpe hi love, yes I have seen changes! I’ve stopped doing this workout and I mostly do Chole Ting’s workouts. It took me only a few weeks for me to see changes, but it may be shorter or longer for you depending on where you are at physically. Combining this type of workout with some cardio or HIIT definitely helps the process. Don’t forget to drink lots of water and eat whole foods to nourish your beautiful body!

Muscle. This is my first time, and my legs stay straight. The only thing that makes them go wonky is the fact, that I don't have endurance etc for this. So in my struggle to do each move, they slightly tilt.

Maybe practice holding your legs straight first, before doing the workout will help? It's actually really easy once you've got it. And the moved are coming from lower ab muscles mostly, you have to stay strong and not give up on it! Good luck ❤

I’m going to be doing this workout for 3 weeks straight. Day 1: I did it with a HIIT stomach fat burn workout Day 2: I did it this morning along with another workout called “hourglass figure” Day 3: I did this workout before bed & combined it with the hourglass figure workout & then I wore a waist trainer to bed. Day 4: Huge change in the size of my waist & my lower belly fat has gone down so much!!! Day 4 was more challenging because I’m not doing a rest day. But the workout it truly amazing. Day 5: It was much harder to do the workouts fully and to my best. I am actually seeing lines forming on the sides of my tummy. I love this workout

if you feel that you really can't control it, please stop, get some rest - don't continue with your back popping off the floor. I learned this the hard way, ended up completely messing my back up, painkillers did nothing and recovery is slow.

Try bringing up your shoulder blades and reaaally squeeze your lower ab muscles and put your hands, in kind of like a triangle shape, underneath your tailbone (or butt). It might be really hard at the beginning, but you can train those muscles and after some time, you will become stronger and able to do these movements without back or neck pain. :) Keep going, you got this! But make sure, you don't overdo or injure yourself, so always do these exercises mindfully and carefully :)

This was uploaded on my birthday... I’ll take that as a sign and do this workout starting today... I will keep you all updated about my progress Week 1: my lower belly fat is going away little by little and I can see that. It was hard this first week but I’m noticing change. Week 2: I didn’t notice much change looked the same as week one. But I think a tiny bit of belly fat did go away.

Sometimes it takes me a minute to recoup over one especially tough move. Sometimes I'll stop, drink some water,do something else, but I always come back to it. Even if it is a 15 minute break, come back and finish it!!! You'll be glad you did.

it’s the holidays so i’m going to try and flow up before school starts! i have 6 weeks i’ll update you after every week *sidenote* i will be doing some other workouts not just this one but i will be eating the same as normal* starting weight- 62kg age- 14 diet- mainly junk food wish me luck!!! day 1 & 2 : i struggle with a few of the movements so i couldn’t complete all of it. a day later it was sore and hurt when i sat up or laughed but that doesn’t mean i’m giving up! week 1- okay so i haven’t done it a lot this week because it’s been christmas and i’ve had stuff going on. i’ve also gained 2kg which isn’t good!!! But it’s slowly becoming easier. i haven’t seen any changes yet but it’s only week 1! update: hey guys i’m really sorry but i’m going to have to stop this. due to the fires in australia i have been evacuated from my town and have not had power or service till now. I hyped myself up to doing this daily and it’s been 2 days after my first session and I have not done it. Why?? IM SO SORE- it’s impossible to move without extreme discomfort in my non existent abs and my thighs. Hoping to feel better tomorrow to get back to the grind!

Am I the only one whose lower back was hurting instead of their lower abs? My back is so arched that it doesn’t lay flat on the ground

If your lower back is hurting you need to flatten your back completely as in bringing in your hips towards the ground. That way you feel it in your lower belly

I have lordosis so I totally get you!! I used to have this problem too but you just have to slowly build your lower back muscles. Like the other commenter mentioned, just do your best to keep your lower back as close to the mat as possible!! Good luck!!

It's super important to slightly tilt your pelvis up and scoop your lower back into the floor when doing abdominal work. Not only will this protect your lower back, it will also make sure you're engaging your abs. :)

Most insane ab workout is "ab ripper X" it's really intense but omw.. core looks and feels amazing

I have been looking for ab exercises that isolate the lower belly portion and BURN and this is the only workout I found that do this! TYSM!

Remember to pair it with some cardio and clean eating so that you can get the stomach you want :-)

I’m a vegetarian but i eat sugar a lot Since this week i have been doing this workout and a bunch of others and I’ve been feeling so good about myself since then. I’m not overweight but i want to tone up my body. I’m 50 kg and my height is 157cm. I won’t say that am fat but my belly is not flat. So I’ve been going on, on my goal of losing 10 kgs. Its been 3 weeks i will be honest i stopped for a week but am back as before and honestly i feel so much better about myself whenever i do my exercise routine and i have been eating healthier lets go ladies lets do this together and lets make other people look at us and be like damn man i wish i had a body as fit, slim and strong as she! I’m literally so proud of myself so the last two days I haven’t worked out at all and that’s because i was sick and i stayed in bed all day (I’m that type of person that gets sick easily) so now was my third day without exercising so I was like let me do each one of my workouts routine 3 times to so i can punish myself for not exercising for the last two days In my workout routine i have 2 leg workouts 2 arm workouts And 2 belly workout So i did each one of them 3 times I’m so exhausted and I’m even barely able to write this comment but on the other hand I’m so proud of myself cz I’m barely able do my exercises once but today I repeated it three times! So i have done 6 leg exercises 6 arm exercises And 6 belly exercises In total i have spend 2 hours and 20 minutes just exercising I’m so happy and proud in myself. My girls if I can do it then you can definitely do it! Let’s go it’s either now or never be the best version of yourself!

This is literally the only workout that actually made me feel my lower abs burning like hell. I’ve been trying different workouts for two years now and this one has the best results and feelings to it! You should def try this out, I only use this workout now tbh

Kat Boa ur could be because you’re not doing them correctly. I used to workout for a year and not get any feelings nor results, only to find out I was actually doing them wrong. Be sure to press your lower back to the floor and engage your lower belly all the time to feel the burn. You’ve got this💗💗💗

Ive tried this exercise for more than 2 months i do it 3 times per week and to be honest i noticed that my lower belly doesnt get bombed anymore. I even stopped the exercise for a month it was ramadan and i was fasting and it was really helping. Thank you so much i do highly recommend this exercise. You have to be consistent.

It would be great to see a series on working out with injuries. In the past year I have had both a wrist and hip injury and it really limits what work outs I can do.
