It’s just his secondary death sound. Every fighter(assuming they have a voice) has a primary one that usually plays when they hit the blast zone, and a secondary one that occasionally plays instead. From my experience the secondary happens more often when you SD or get gimped. There’s several other fighters that say stuff as they die, such as the pits, Palu, the shotos, The psi boys, a few FE reps and joker. It’s rather amusing.
