Mexico is the only country I know where restaurants open and close whenever they want. They also have the luxury of opening only a few hours and days. the reason is that sometimes the meals are already sold, long before opening. Because someone throws a last minute party and buys everything. Mexico is always partying. Every day of the week

@M J You are probably talking about restaurants in a tourist area or some small town that has set hours to close. Because in most of all of Mexico. Street food is the tastiest and cheapest. These businesses compete with restaurants with a la carte menu. and they are open 24 hours. You just have to see lights on and people eating. food is safe. Because the constant consumption of food. forces owners to never refrigerate food and cook another batch in 6 hours or so

Tijuana is also a growing cultural center and has been recognized as an important new cultural mecca. The city is the most visited border city in the world; sharing a border of about 24 km (15 mi) with its sister city San Diego. More than fifty million people cross the border between these two cities every year.
@ericktellez76323 жыл бұрын
Yes I realized that the city has changed a lot in the last 5 - 8 years, now you see every type of people in here, from Americans and foreigners, to a lot of asians and more black people usually from Haiti. Now its normal to hear Spanish, English, Creolle and even french from time to time in the city.

I’m really surprised that people don’t know that Caesar salad came fro TJ. I was raised in Palm Desert we just to go to TJ every. Couple of months, the only diff I see is the garlic should be prepped at the table,not taken from a chopped up container, garlic has a natural heat that only come out when it’s really fresh. It is my favorite salad, so I make it from scratch every time. I come from a restaurant family so I’m really picky about ingredients…..
